RPMONE LAUNCHES NEW I.Q. SYSTEM TO ENHANCE THE F&I PROCESS FOR POWERSPORTS DEALERS

Web-based System Revolutionizes the F&I Process by Automating Back-end Product Sales and Administration

JUPITER, Fla. -- July 30, 2007 -- RpmOne, Inc., a leading provider of F&I products and dealer development services for powersports dealers, today announced the introduction of their I.Q. System, a web-based solution for streamlining the sale and administration of F&I products.  This revolutionary new system harnesses the power of technology to standardize and improve the efficiency of the F&I process – leading to reduced administrative costs, improved customer satisfaction, increased sales volumes, and significant improvements in dealership profitability.

RpmOne’s new I.Q. System standardizes the F&I process and promotes compliance by providing dealers with a single, easy-to-use online interface that presents users with a comprehensive menu of all available F&I products, coverage options and pricing based upon the vehicle type selected.   The system improves department productivity and efficiency by allowing users to quickly and easily create and store quotes and contracts; select profit margins and quickly assess overall deal profitability; dynamically print contracts on plain paper; generate accurate invoices; and electronically remit contracts.  The system further empowers users by allowing them to electronically process and view the status of claims and contracts. 

In addition to its sales and administrative features, the I.Q. System simplifies the management and tracking of the F&I process for dealers.  The system increases visibility by allowing managers to run reports on the information contained within the system, including quotes, contracts, customer information, product information, and claims.

Patrick O’Bannon, the general manager of Seminole Powersports in Sanford, Florida, participated in the beta testing of RpmOne’s new I.Q. system.  When asked about the system, he said, “We are extremely impressed with the features and functionality in RpmOne’s new I.Q. system.  The plain paper contracts and automated pricing system will become a ‘must have’ for our dealership.”        

Since RpmOne’s new I.Q. System is web-based and accessible from any web-enabled device, it does not require any upfront capital investment in hardware or software.  The system has undergone beta testing with a sampling of customers to ensure usability and will be made available free of charge to all RpmOne customers on August 1, 2007.
