RPMONE EXPANDS TEAM WITH SEVERAL KEY APPOINTMENTS
Company Recruits Experienced Industry Professionals – including Two from RPM Group – to Fill VP of Sales & Dealer Development, Central US Director of Dealer Development and West Coast Regional Sales Manager Positions
JUPITER, Fla. -- August 6, 2007 -- RpmOne, Inc., a leading provider of F&I products and dealer development services for powersports dealers, today announced the expansion of the company’s team with the appointment of three individuals to key positions. The company named Jason Bremer as vice president of sales and dealer development; Steve Dodds as the central US director of dealer development; and Brittni Floyd as the west coast regional sales manager.

Jason Bremer joins RpmOne from Retail Powersports Management Group (formerly Lemco Management Group) where he has served in numerous capacities since 2005. During his tenure with RPM Group, Jason managed their member services, served as the lead trainer for management development programs, moderated 20-Clubs, taught seminars, and led onsite training courses for dealers throughout the country. Most notably, RPM Group doubled their annual training volume while Jason was employed as the company’s director of member services. Prior to 2005, Jason worked in management positions with marquee Powersports and Harley Davidson dealerships.
As RpmOne’s central US director of dealer development, Steve Dodds will be responsible for managing and executing RpmOne’s dealer development programs for dealers in this territory. Steve brings over fifteen years of powersports industry knowledge and experience to RpmOne. Most recently, Steve was a trainer with RPM Group where he developed and delivered training courses to help dealerships achieve their goals of increased profits.
In her role as RpmOne’s west coast regional sales manager, Brittni will leverage her experience as a finance manager for various top-tier, APS-owned dealers, to help powersports dealers in western states increase their per unit profit by taking advantage of RpmOne’s comprehensive portfolio of F&I products and dealer development services.
