TAMPA, FLA. -- July
13, 2005 -- V-SEPT, Inc., a Florida-based developer
of sales enhancement tools, today unveiled a new customer
relationship management (CRM) module for its V-SEPT Powersports™ solution. The
new V-SEPT Powersports CRM module will enable powersports
dealers to produce one-to-one marketing materials for
their customer contacts directly from the V-SEPT Powersports
system.
With search capabilities on over ten different
criteria, the CRM module will enable users to launch follow-up
campaigns and sales promotions to their entire customer
base. The V-SEPT CRM module makes it simple for users
to develop professional one-to-one marketing campaigns
by providing users with a gallery of pre-designed templates
with customizable text and database merge fields. Users
may create hard copy direct mailings or electronic marketing
campaigns from the following templates:
- Thank You for Considering Us Letter
- Thank You for Your Purchase Letter
- Service Reminder Letter with Coupon
- Special Sales Promotion Letter with Coupon
- Holiday Card
- Birthday Coupon
- Standard Gift Certificate
Each template displays the dealership’s
information and can be personalized for the individual
recipient using the system’s database merge fields. Customer
envelopes may also be produced for each campaign directly
from the system. To simplify the process for its
users, V-SEPT will handle the processing of all direct
mail campaigns as part of the monthly subscription fee. When
a user has completed the set up of their materials, they
simply select the button to send the campaign to V-SEPT
for printing. The campaign materials will be shipped
by V-SEPT within 3 business days. Users can send
customer e-mail campaigns directly from the system.
