Jennifer Williams President & UI/UX Architect

Jennifer  Williams,  president  of  Chasm  Communications,  is  an  innovative  and  creative  leader  with over  20  years  of  experience  building  and  executing  on  strategies  to  capture  ideas,  set  goals  and  objectives,  and  transform  them  into  high-impact  results.    

With  an  extensive  background  in  advertising,  marketing  and  management, Jennifer  brings  a  multidiscipline  approach  to  the  UI/UX  design  process.    For  the  past  10  years,  she  has  been  leading  teams  comprised  of  usability  professionals,  designers,  and  front-end  developers  to  build  usable  and  visually  appealing  websites  and  applications  that  balance  the  needs  of  both  the  business  and  their  users.   When  engaging  on  a  project,  Jennifer  works  closely  with  all  members  of  the  project  team  –  from  senior  executives  and  stakeholders  to  business  analysts,  developers  and  designers  –  in  order  to  translate  the  business  and  user  requirements  into  user-centered  designs  that  conform  to  usability  and  human  interaction  principles  and  best  practices.

Jennifer is a graduate of Stetson University in Deland, FL where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.  She is UX certified by the Nielsen Norman Group (NN/g) with specializations in both UX management and interaction design, and is currently working towards her NN/g UX master certificate, held by only 156 worldwide as of June 2018.  When she isn’t solving a user experience problem, Jennifer can be found outdoors golfing, swimming, boating, or exploring a far-away place on her bucket list with her husband.
