Growing up in India, Kranti found her love for design as a young adult, and started her journey toward a career in user experience by obtaining her Bachelors degree in Commercial Arts with a focus in Illustration. After her undergraduate studies, Kranti continued on to obtain her postgraduate diploma in Advertising and Public Relations Management.
Kranti’s professional career started to take shape in the early 2000s and included specialization in user interface, web and visual design. Her career later evolved to focus more in user experience design for enterprise applications within a variety of industries, including e-commerce, finance and e-Learning. Throughout her professional experience Kranti has learned to solve design problems by focusing on both user and client needs following Agile and Scrum methodologies. Additionally, Kranti's passion for continued learning and her desire to take her user experience design skills to the next level, inspired her to become a Human Factors International (HFI) certified usability analyst . She enjoys the collaborative aspect of her work and has settled in as a valuable addition to the Chasm team.
When Kranti isn’t at the office, she’s probably researching design techniques and best practices – however, her other favorite things include listening to music, cooking, hiking, gardening, enjoying spicy food, playing tennis, and spending time with her nephew.
