Growing up in a small town on the outskirts of Boston, Yinnette brings passion and professional flare to the Chasm team. She is a skillful user experience designer with over 15 years of design experience. As a self-proclaimed, multi-faceted designer, she has led UX initiatives on both small- to large-scale projects, and consistently executes beautiful and engaging experience designs. Throughout her career, she has been on over 50+ design projects involving a variety of industries including manufacturing, healthcare, government, and entertainment.
As a skillful user experience professional with a solid understanding of development, Yinnette is an asset to any design team, with the ability to recommend realistic, yet delightful, design solutions. She is also skilled in facilitating thorough discovery techniques where she enjoys identifying the pain points or gaps in workflows, researching previous solutions, interviewing users, identifying personas, and using quantitative and qualitative analytics. This allows her to continuously deliver proven wireframe and prototype designs that effectively solve problems and make users more efficient.
When Yinnette isn’t designing, she might be enjoying some Indian cuisine, taking on a new DIY project, or just being an amazing mom and enjoying time with her son, Fabian.
